Licensed Agent Agreement

This form is designed for LegalShield associates who wish to have a Licensed Agent Agreement electronically sent to a prospective Licensed Agent.
After completing this form, the associate and prospective Licensed Agent will both receive an email (typically within 1-2 business days) asking them to complete their respective portions of this agreement online.
Once both parties have completed the agreement and electronic signatures have been received, the agreement will be submitted for processing.
